Morndas, 9:30 PM, 3rd of Sun's Dusk

I have learned so much in such a small amount of time.  The Greybeards are indeed a source of immense knowledge on dragons, their speech, and their powers.  After I spent the night they spent a whole day instructing me in the way of the dov.  They have already taught me many shouts, the meanings of the shouts, and how to properly use them.  It's so strange to me to think that I, out of all the loyal Nords out there, I, a dark elf from Morrowind have the ability to shout in the dragon tongue.  They say strange things come from the land of the red mountain.  I guess they speak the truth.

As a final initiation test the Greybeards sent me to retrieve the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller, their founder.  It was located inside a majestic old ruin.  Or it was supposed to be.  As I soon found out however, someone had beat me to it.  In it's place was a scrawled note which Erandur made out to say that a certain person had taken the horn and that if I wanted it back I was to go to the inn in Riverwood and ask for the 'attic room'.

I did so, since I could not go back to the Greybeards empty handed.  It turned out that it was the innkeeper herself, Delphine who was my mystery horn snatcher.  She is a member of the blades and is also looking for a cause as to why the dragons are coming back.  She asked for my assistance in finding out more information.  I did what I could for her, but after she gave me the horn, I left.  The Greybeards were pleased with my success and welcomed me officially as dragon-born in a bone jarring ceremony that I will never forget.  They all spoke to my in the tongue of dragons.  It was an experience that will remain with me forever.  It was beautiful, yet archaic.  Powerful, yet subtle.  I feel honored to have been bestowed with their acceptance.
After the ceremony they marked several locations on my map that I must travel to to learn more about the dragon speech.  I have been to two of them thus far.  These dragons are much more powerful than the random ones I'd been encountering in the wilderness.  The seem older, and more intelligent.

Tonight I am at a gloomy inn somewhere near Kynnsgrove.  Tomorrow I set out to discover more about these dragons.
