Yeah, so I got called a silent ninja today. TOTALLY made my day At last! Someone recognizes my talent and skill. I'm still hyped. :D
Finals this week...yipes! Get to make the lamb stew tomorrow for real...hopefully that goes well, as long as i cook the dumb pearl onions right...they don't need sugar, just water and butter...the carrots and turnips are the ones that get glazed with sugar! And the peas, beans, and potatoes get cooked a l'anglaise. Remember!
Got my practice tests back, 75%..?? not good enough...study study study....must. ace. final.
